Kennedy Ball Gloves specialises in custom baseball gloves and related products. We make every effort to accurately present our products online. However, colours, textures, and materials may appear differently due to screen settings, lighting, leather variations, and production processes.
We do not guarantee that a glove or product will perfectly match on-screen previews or digital renderings.
Product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.
3 – Custom Orders & Cancellation Policy
Our gloves are custom-built to order according to the selections you choose.
For this reason:
All custom glove orders are final sale. No cancellations, changes, returns, or exchanges are permitted once your order is submitted.
It is your responsibility to confirm the accuracy of all selections prior to checkout, including:

Leather and stitching colours

Embroidery text and spelling

Throwing hand
If your glove arrives and does not match the selections on your order, please contact us immediately and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
For non-custom products (e.g., ready-to-ship accessories), returns and exchanges follow our Refund Policy.
4 – Pricing and Billing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, promotions, and fees may change without notice. Taxes, duties, and delivery fees may apply and will be displayed at checkout where applicable.
You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorise us to charge your payment method for all purchases and applicable fees.
5 – Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production times for custom gloves vary based on demand and manufacturing timelines.
Once an order has shipped, title and risk transfer to you. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
6 – Intellectual Property
All content on our Services—including logos, trademarks, images, custom glove designs, product graphics, and site content—is owned by Kennedy Ball Gloves or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
7 – Third-Party Tools & Services
Our Services may provide access to third-party tools or integrations (including, but not limited to, Shopify and custom glove builder technology). These tools are provided “as is” and without warranty. Your use of third-party services is at your own discretion and subject to their respective terms.
8 – Relationship with Shopify
Kennedy Ball Gloves is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and Kennedy Ball Gloves. Shopify is not responsible for your purchases or interactions with our store.
You release Shopify from any liability related to your purchases from Kennedy Ball Gloves.

Personal information submitted through our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy and Shopify’s privacy practices. By using our Services, you consent to the processing and transfer of your data as described in these policies.
