Order Processing & Production Times

Kennedy Ball Gloves specialises in custom-made baseball gloves. Each glove is individually crafted based on the specifications you select at checkout.

Custom Glove Production Time:

Estimated 6–10 weeks (may vary based on order volume, seasonality, and leather availability)

Production begins once your order is paid in full.
Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Pre-made / in-stock products (if applicable): Ship within 2–5 business days.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, selected shipping method, and package weight.

Estimated delivery times once shipped:

United States 4–10 business days
International 7–21 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Carriers

We ship using reliable carriers such as:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS / FedEx / DHL (depending on region)

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.


Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International buyers (outside Canada) are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees charged by their country.

These fees are not included at checkout and must be paid by the receiver.

Kennedy Ball Gloves is not responsible for delays or additional charges related to customs processing.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost shipments due to address errors

  • Additional shipping costs to resend returned packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to address errors, additional postage will be required to reship.


Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments

Once an order leaves our workshop and is transferred to the carrier, risk of loss passes to the customer.

If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking information.

We will assist when possible, but Kennedy Ball Gloves is not liable for carrier-related issues.


Split Shipments

If you purchase both custom and in-stock products, they may ship separately. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because all gloves are custom and made to order, we do not allow changes, cancellations, or refunds once your order is placed.
Please review all selections carefully before checkout.
