Return & Warranty Policy — Kennedy Ball Gloves
Because Kennedy Ball Gloves are fully custom-made to your specifications, all custom orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been submitted.
Please carefully review and confirm all customization details — including colours, embroidery, size, web style, and throwing hand — before completing checkout. Once submitted, your order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Accuracy & Manufacturing Guarantee
If your glove arrives with an error that does not match the selections on your order (e.g., incorrect model, size, hand, web, or personalization), please contact our support team immediately. We will work with you to make it right.
Colour Accuracy Disclaimer
Leather and embroidery colour shades may vary slightly from on-screen previews due to:

Leather dye batches and natural leather variation

Production-process colour application
These variations are a normal part of custom glove manufacturing and are not eligible for return or remake.
Hand Orientation Display Note
Our digital glove builder displays a right-hand-throw (RHT) preview by default, even when a left-hand-throw (LHT) glove is selected. Your glove will always be produced based on the throwing hand and options you select, not the preview orientation image.
Warranty
Colour fading, natural wear, and break-in characteristics are not covered under warranty.
